Privacy policy

Version of 26 October 2026

1. Data controller

The controller of your data is DKTE Group CommV.

Address: Groeningeveld 15, 8790 Waregem, Belgium.

Enterprise number and VAT: BE 1020.090.602.

For privacy matters, use the contact form on the website.

2. What data we process

We process only the data needed to operate the website, handle contact and provide the demo.

We do not use cookies on the dkte.be website.

We do not use advertising pixels, remarketing or advertising profiling.

  • contact form: first name and surname, company optional, email, message, website language;
  • demo access form: first name, surname, email, company optional, sector optional, website language;
  • survey in the demo: rating 1–5, answer yes/maybe/no/I do not know, optional comment;
  • technical data: data needed for spam protection, sending limits and website operation;
  • Cloudflare Web Analytics: aggregated data, such as page views, pages, country, browser, referrer and loading times.

3. Contact form

When you send the contact form, we use the data to read the message and reply by email.

The form is sent by email through the SMTP server of the app@dkte.be mailbox at GoDaddy to the DKTE mailbox.

For spam protection, we store a hash of the IP address in Cloudflare KV for a maximum of 1 hour.

We also keep a daily counter without personal data.

If email sending fails, the form content may remain in Cloudflare KV for a maximum of 30 days.

4. Demo panel

The demo panel operates at the separate address dkte-demo.pages.dev.

The panel shows the fictional company Vandekore and sample data refreshed every night.

You must not enter real personal data there.

From 26 October 2026, access to the demo is through a form on the website.

After you provide your data, we send a 6-digit code to your email. The code is valid for 15 minutes. You have a maximum of 5 attempts.

We store the code only as a hash in Cloudflare KV for up to 15 minutes.

After you enter the code, the website transfers you to the demo and logs you in with a one-time ticket. The ticket is valid for 5 minutes and is stored in Cloudflare KV.

We do not publicly show the login or password for the demo.

5. Survey in the demo

After about 3 minutes of viewing, the demo panel may show a short survey.

The demo panel remembers in the browser only the survey token and viewing time.

This storage takes place in the localStorage of the demo panel, not on the dkte.be website.

We link answers with the demo contact through the survey token in Cloudflare KV for up to 30 days.

We store answers in Cloudflare KV for 12 months and send them by email to DKTE.

6. Purposes and legal bases

We process data in accordance with the GDPR, the Belgian Act of 30 July 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, and other applicable laws.
